I am available to provide coverage for when you or one of your associates needs time off. Assist your practice to grow a doctor by seeing the overflow until you are ready to hire a new associate. Last minute emergencies Prolonged leaves like maternity or medical.

Hourly Fees:
Monday - Friday ................................….$95.00/hr
Minimum daily fee.................................…$429.00
Over 9 hours weekday/ additional hours...$98.00/hr
Past 9pm on weekdays............................$150.00/hr
Saturday.....................................................$105.00/hr
Sunday...........................................................$150.00/hr
Payment is expected upon receipt of invoice.
Travel time within 35 miles of Grosse Ile, MI are included in the above rates.
Travel beyond 1 hour travel time (one way) is billed at $125.00 plus $125.00 for each additional hour. This charge is a onetime/day charge.
***Take note that with current road construction - you may be charged a travel charge when previously you haven't ****
Cancellation less than 45 days prior to a scheduled shift will result in a $250.00 cancelation fee. However if I arrive at the clinic to find that you on't need me there will be a $350.00 fee.
If you are looking for extended coverage that will involve travel and an overnight stay, please contact me for a quote.
If you wish to schedule an advance surgery either during a relief shift or as a stand alone service, please contact me regarding the patient, condition, and rates.

Standards of Practice
Surgery patients will be given a full physical exam prior to surgery. I have no limitations on size of patients for routine surgeries.
I am comfortable seeing dogs, cats, ferrets, guinea pigs, rats, birds, reptiles, and pot-belly pigs.
I am trained in laser surgery.
I believe that pain management is a must for all surgical patients
